CONDITIONS
PhaZZer® One Year Manufacturer Warranty
Guarantee Policy
The limited warranty set forth below is provided by PhaZZer®
with respect to ALL PhaZZer® Brand Products purchased. The
PhaZZer® Brand Products purchased with this limited warranty are the ONLY
products which this limited warranty provided by PhaZZer® apply. PhaZZer®Warranty
Guarantee will be honored if our technicians cannot troubleshoot and resolve
your issue in ten minutes or less. It is the policy of PhaZZer® to arrange
return merchandise authorization number upon receiving the following information
from the customer: Customer name, Customer Address, Product Name, Serial
Number, Nature of Defect, and a copy of the original Receipt/Invoice showing
date and location of purchase. All information is required to confirm validity
of the warranty. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. A
replacement or repaired unit will be shipped out after defective inspection
confirmation at no additional cost to the customer within 48 hrs. of receipt of
the return.
Any PhaZZer® Brand Product, when delivered to a customer in new condition in
its original packaging, is warranted against material defects and workmanship
for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Defective units
returned to PhaZZer® and proven to be defective upon inspection will be
REPAIRED or REPLACED with a new unit or exchanged for a refurbished unit as
determined by a PhaZZer® technician. In the case of discontinued
product, any unit will be replaced with a unit that has similar in nature to
the product in question as PhaZZer® technologically progresses.
This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of ANY
PhaZZer® Brand Product and does not apply in the following circumstances:
Loss of or damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by
you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow
operating instructions, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in
the user manual or services performed by an unauthorized PhaZZer® Dealer. Additionally, water
damage, sand/dust/corrosion damage, damage due to impact, scratches, abrasions
or damage to the housing, or other accidental damage to any other accessories
that has been determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to
operate the units as set forth in the operating instructions.

Reseller Accountability, Returns and Warranty Policy
Reseller/Dealer must comply with the instruction set forth in this
policy. All Reseller/Dealers must provide the following information within 48
hours of the sale of any PhaZZer®CEW, including but not limited
to the E3/Enforcer/Dragon CEW unit(s):
PhaZZer® will keep a record of all information provided to reference should
a defective issue or incident report arise. The record will start the
factory one-year warranty to the end user from the date of sale and ensure the
PhaZZer® CEW units are traceable and accountable to the end user should
the units become lost, stolen, recovered, or used in a crime.
Defect issues will be processed by contacting customer service. If we cannot troubleshoot the issue
over the phone, we will then issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
following our RMA guidelines set forth in the RMA Policy. RMA guidelines included
below. Please provide the following
information:
RMA will be issued upon confirmation of warranty validity.
Customer shall ship the defect at customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the
defect,PhaZZer® will ship the replacement within 48 hrs.
Failure to comply with Dealer/Reseller Warranty Policy can result
in Dealer/Reseller Account cancellation/reclassification.

Optional 2- or 4-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty Guarantee
The optional extended warranties for a PhaZZer® Enforcer CEW can be purchased
at the point of sale or any time prior to expiration of the standard 1-year
warranty. The extended warranty runs from the date of receipt of the extended
warranty through the balance of the 1 Year Limited Warranty plus the term of
the extended warranty after the expiration of the Full 1 Year Limited Warranty.
PhaZZer Enforcer Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
PhaZZer®will replace a PhaZZer® Conducted Energy Weapons (CEW) free of charge with the same or like product within one year following the alteration if the customer provides the following infomation:
1. Copy of the official police report documenting the incident, details of the use of the product in self-defense, and confirmation of the loss of the product.
2. Proof of purchase of the product (receipt, purchase order, or invoice)
3. Check or a credit authorization for the shipping and handling fees
4. Customer’s name, phone number, and physical address (no P.O. Boxes allowed), of location where the replaced item will be sent.
Purchaser is responsible for any expedited shipping or handling
costs for the replacement CEW. A replacement product assumes the remaining
warranty of the original product or extends to 90 days from the date of
replacement, whichever provides longer coverage to the Owner.
PhaZZer® Enforcer Battery Warranty
Policy
PhaZZer® Enforcer batteries are covered for a 1-year
period from the date of manufacture, not of sale, which is determined by the
serial number on the Enforcer in question.
PhaZZer® Ammunition Cartridge Warranty
Policy
PhaZZer® Ammunition Cartridges are individually sealed
and have a shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture. You can find this
printed on the Ammunition Cartridge itself. The warranty of the Ammunition
Cartridge is covered for a 1-year period from the date of purchase, not of
manufacture.
Return Policy
Shipping & Returns:
PhaZZer® Brand Products is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your
purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item
for an exchange within the 30 days from the date of purchase.Please see RMA policy
to receive instructions on returning
your purchase.
All products come with a full one-year warranty and will be
replaced at our discretion. Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping to and from PhaZZer®is
at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type
and location.
Estimate Domestic Shipping:
Shipping costs are estimated with UPS or USPS as the carrier using
the Priority Flat Rate method of shipping. The exact shipping costs are used
depending on the Shipping Carrier and method you select during the “checkout
process” based on your Zip Code entered on your shipping address within the US.
A standard handling charge of $7.00 is always applied to every domestic order. Products
ships within 2 business days. Shipping is based upon FEDEX, UPS or USPS
and takes 3-5 business days.
Estimated International Shipping:
The shipping costs are quoted based off weight percentage of the
order purchased. All International orders are sent from Taiwan or Equador . If
you have an International Carrier account for Shipping and wish to use that
Carrier, then it is best to phone in or email your purchase order to provide
preferred instructions. Otherwise we will choose the best method available
within reason to get your order to you in a timely manner. All international
shipments are also charged a minimum $25.00 handling fee. Please allow up to 6
weeks for delivery for International Orders. You will receive a tracking number
via email when it is available.
Refund Policy
PhaZZer®has a no cash refund policy. We offer in store credit
towards a new purchase/order upon receipt of the returned product.

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy is intended
to give you confidence in the privacy and security of the personal information
we obtain from you whether you are using the Enforcer, any of our darts, DVR
products uploading information to PhaZZer®website, downloading our
software or documents, or are merely visiting our Websites.
However, please note that we are not responsible for any use of
your personal information you provide to third-party applications or websites
that may be accessed via the Products or Websites. We recommend that you review
the privacy policy of any third-party applications or websites that you use.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our Products or Websites, you may be asked for
personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth,
email address, telephone number.
By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our
using it in the manner described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. We will return or
destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your
withdrawal of consent.
Cookie information, pages you have requested and your IP address
may also be recorded by us and/or third parties from your browser as set out in
this policy.
USE OF PERFORMANCE DATA
PhaZZer®Enforcer, PhaZZer®Ammo and PhaZZer®DVR products will use
performance data, including performance statistics, bug fixes and other similar
data (“Performance Data”) uploaded to our Websites or acquired through our
Products. PhaZZer®Enforcer, PhaZZer®Ammo and PhaZZer®DVR products may use such
Performance Data in any way, including, but not limited to, using, editing,
altering, reproducing, publishing and/or distributing the Performance Data for
any purpose, commercial or otherwise, provided that such Performance Data is
stripped of all personally identifiable information.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information to allow us to process your service
requests, provide access to privileged areas of the Websites, send out
newsletters, personalize your visit to our Websites, personalize your use of
our Products, and enable us to improve the products and services we offer. We
may occasionally carry out market research and send you details of services and
offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive
such information, please opt out of receiving any information from us.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may provide information about you to our employees and agents
in order to administer any accounts, products and services provided to you by PhaZZer®.We
will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have
consented to such disclosure or where we are required to do so by law. Should
you breach our terms and conditions or terms of use or if we are under a duty
to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal
obligation, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may
include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes
of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Any disclosure of personal
information will be controlled and made fully in accordance with current U.S.
law.

Cookies are small data files that a website you visit may save on
your computer or handheld device that usually includes an anonymous unique
identifier. Our Websites and those of our Products may use cookies for user
